2026一鸣健康成长儿童餐盘设计竞赛结果公布
温州肯恩大学建筑与设计学院携手“一鸣公益慈善基金会”,依托“一鸣启智食育公益课堂”项目,面向校内学生开展的“健康餐盘·成长牛奶杯”设计竞赛已圆满落幕。本次竞赛以儿童食育为出发点,聚焦膳食平衡、牛奶营养与健康饮食习惯的培养,鼓励学生从教育性、审美性、功能性与可落地性等多维度出发,探索儿童餐具设计的更多可能性。经过评审,现将比赛结果予以公示。
The“Healthy Plate&Growth Milk Cup”Design Competition,organized by the Michael Graves College of Architecture and Design at Wenzhou-Kean University in collaboration with the INM Charity Foundation,and supported by the“INM Enlightenment Food Education Public Welfare Classroom”project,has successfully concluded.Rooted in children’s food education,the competition invited students to explore innovative approaches to children’s tableware design,emphasizing balanced nutrition,the value of milk,and the cultivation of healthy eating habits.Participants were encouraged to integrate educational,aesthetic,functional,and practical considerations into their designs.Following the review process,the competition results are hereby announced.

本项目的设计灵感来源于兼具趣味性与普及度的儿童玩具“七巧板”。本设计结合七巧板“分割与组合”的形式语言与《中国学龄儿童膳食指南》中的“儿童平衡膳食宝塔”,将餐盘划分为七个功能区域,对应主食、蔬菜、肉类、蛋类、水产品、豆制品及水果,引导儿童建立对膳食结构与营养比例的初步认知。
The project draws its design inspiration from the widely recognized and engaging children’s toy,the Tangram.Integrating the Tangram’s formal language of“division and recombination”with the“Balanced Diet Pagoda for School-Age Children”fromChinese Dietary Guidelines and the Balanced Diet Pagoda for Children,the plate is divided into seven functional sections corresponding to staple foods,vegetables,meat,eggs,aquatic products,soy-based products,and fruits.This design aims to guide children in developing a preliminary understanding of dietary structure and nutritional proportions.

We hope this plate can become a child’s companion in learning about nutrition.Inspired by Yiming’s mascot“Niu Dundun,”the irregular food compartments are designed based on the spots on its body,helping children naturally understand balanced food choices through a fun dining experience.The rounded oval shape provides greater safety and comfort,while the matching“Daily Milk”cup encourages children to develop healthy and balanced eating habits,one meal at a time.

“萌芽成长”儿童餐具套装,专为一鸣公益慈善基金会启智食育课堂打造,适配6-10岁学龄儿童。整套产品以“萌芽生长”为核心,把儿童成长、均衡膳食理念融入用餐场景。
餐盘采用萌芽果蔬造型,依据《6-10岁学龄儿童平衡膳食宝塔》科学分区:40%主食区、25%蔬菜区、20%水果区、15%肉蛋区,中间设置蘸料格,盘底印有一鸣公益标识,通过分区色彩直观科普均衡饮食知识。
配套牛奶杯延续萌芽主题,透明杯身印有小牛成长刻度,水位变化会露出趣味鼓励图案,引导孩子每日饮用300ml牛奶;训练筷搭配硅胶指环辅助矫正握筷姿势;勺子为圆润浅勺,适配儿童口腔,安全好使用。整体选用米白、奶黄、暖橙柔和配色,营造轻松温暖的食育氛围,让儿童在日常就餐中养成健康均衡的饮食习惯。
The"Sprout Growth"children's tableware set is tailor-made for the INM Charity Foundation Enlightenment Food Education Public Welfare Classroom,designed for kids aged 6–10.Centered on the"sprouting growth"concept,it combines children’s growth and balanced nutrition into daily dining.
Shaped like sprouting fruit,the plate follows the Balanced Diet Pagoda for Children Aged 6–10 and is divided scientifically:40%staple zone,25%vegetable zone,20%fruit zone,15%protein zone,plus a central sauce compartment printed with the INM public welfare logo,visually teaching balanced diet via colored zones.
The matching milk cup carries on the sprouting theme with calf growth scales;encouraging graphics appear as liquid rises to guide kids to drink 300ml milk daily.Training chopsticks come with silicone finger loops to correct holding posture,and the rounded shallow spoon fits children’s mouths for safe use.With soft cream,milky yellow and warm orange tones,the set delivers a cozy food education experience,helping children form balanced eating habits naturally.
